Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration and any related field.- Solid experience in operations management preferably within luxury hospitality, bars and restaurant, or especially yacht and cruise industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage and service industry, including manpower planning, inventory, and supplier relations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple task.- Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standard is a plus.
Overall in charge in Yacht charter operations and F&B service.
- Must be knowledgeable in daily reporting.
* Driving skills is an advantage.
