Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment and systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Operate and maintain various hand and power tools
• Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and techniques
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent technical school certification or associate's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related technical field
• Proven experience in multiple technical disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations (e.g., OSHA standards)
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and blueprints
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus
• Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving technologies
