Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and space planning.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
Oversee vendor relationships and contracts for services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Manage the facilities budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
Coordinate and oversee construction and renovation projects.
Implement and maintain energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
Manage space allocation and office moves.
Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies.
Supervise facilities staff and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of facilities operations, maintenance, and costs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in facilities management or related role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and building codes.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) are preferred.
