Job Description

Title: Workplace Office Manager - Manila

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for developing and managing the office budget(s) for locations.
  • Continuously analyze current budget and spending, operational strategy & procedures, and proactively optimize for efficiency
  • Advise on changes to regulations and standards affecting designated offices (ad-hoc)
  • Take full ownership of designated office(s) and maintain a high service standard & operational excellence, proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and evolve Workplace processes & procedures in collaboration with managers and peers.
  • Own and manage Partner/Vendor strategy, relationships, and contracts including property management, contractor services, snack and beverage programs and evaluate partnerships and provide recommendations for delivering the best value
  • workflow (Jira) and develop and evolve the process/playbook for workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution for coordination of events held at the office.
  • Manage office needs and day-to-day operations of the workplace, ensuring that the office is equipped for the team to be organized and that the team has what is required to work efficiently
  • Ensure proactive and responsive resolution of routine and emergency requests
  • Work Health & Safety assessments

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in office management or facility management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop scalable ways of addressing them
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructivelyDemonstrated ability in 3rd party vendor, contract, and budget management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Slack and GSuite Apps - Gmail, CalendaDocs, Sheets, SlidesIn-office presence five days a week is required to deliver the optimal workplace experience
