Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it's always presentable and reflects the company's brand
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for various activities
  • Oversee office amenities and ensure they're well-maintained and stocked
  • Act as the first point of contact for workplace-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with Facilities and IT teams to address and resolve workplace problems promptly
  • Assist in organizing and executing company events, team-building activities, and celebrations
  • Support new employee onboarding by providing workplace orientations and necessary resources
  • Manage visitor management systems, including check-ins and security protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors for various office services (e.g., catering, supplies, maintenance)
  • Assist with internal communications and announcements related to the workplace
  • Collect and act on employee feedback to continually improve the workplace experience
  • Support remote and hybrid workers by facilitating their office needs when on-site
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Promote and embody the company culture and values in daily interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or office management roles
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with workplace management software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Knowledge of modern office technologies and practices
  • Understanding of basic facilities management and workplace safety principles
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive experiences and building relationships
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction
  • Basic understanding of workplace design and space utilization concepts
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
