Team Supervision:- Supervise and manage a team of workforce planners, analysts, or coordinators.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating professional development.Workforce Management:
Oversee scheduling, shift planning, and workforce allocation to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and manage daily workforce activities to meet operational goals and address any staffing issues.
