Job Description

Workforce Services Specialist

- Must have 5 years of overall workforce management (WFM) expeirence
- At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- Must have a solid 5+ years of RTA (real time adherence), scheduling, capacity palnning and forecasting experience
  • OR Workforce Services Senior Analyst

- Must have 3 years of overall workforce management (WFM) experience
- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Must have a solid 3+ years RTA (real time adherence), scheduling, capacity palnning and forecasting experience

- Responsible for coordinating and guiding Intraday Teams to ensure focus on Profitability, Resource Planning, day-to-day schedule adjustments, real-time service issures, RTA activity, adherence and schedule compliance, and provide key reporting details.
- This position needs to be aware of the financial situation of the account being handled and needs to drive profitability by resource optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with Operations and other departments.
- Drives high client satisfaction by managing service levels situations and providing staffing, scheduling and real-time adherence solutions
- Manages internal and external audit with processes and controls
- Responsible for the development of resources under his/her span- Review, validate and ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reports prepared by Intraday Analysts as well as from other WFM discliples (Forecasting, Capacity, Planning, Scheduling and Reporting)
- Reponsibible for developing and suring intergirty and consistency of set WFM processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
- Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals
- Ability to extract, manipulate and present data from WFM application/manual platform.
- Ability to maximize benefits from WFM application by utilizing the full functionality.
- Manage internal and external audit with processes and controls in place.
- Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to their direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
