Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Supervisor. The Workforce Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the workforce management team. This includes capacity planning, workforce planning, program management, and analytical skills to ensure optimal staffing and scheduling to meet service-level goals. The Workforce Supervisor will collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless coordination of staffing arrangements and update stakeholders on progress toward achieving objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as Workforce Supervisor
  • Expertise in Workforce Management, including capacity and workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in IEX
  • Expertise in Excel, PBI and Reporting
  • Experience with Program Management and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and related tools and research trends in call center management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with clients and project teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, or any related field
  • Proven experience as a Workforce Supervisor, or similar role.
