We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Supervisor to oversee the scheduling and daily operations of our workforce. The Workforce Supervisor will be responsible for managing staffing levels, optimizing workforce efficiency, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifcations:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four (4) year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Workforce specifically as capacity planning, forecasting, long-termn planning and client interaction.
