Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee the scheduling of our unionized workforce, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and the business thrives.
Manage call-offs, fill vacancies swiftly, and maintain seamless communication with different teams.- Crafting work schedules, managing payroll activities, and handling timekeeping with precision and care.
Understand collective bargaining agreement and upholds its standards.
- Make key decisions that affect daily operations, from adjusting staffing levels to ensuring compliance with pay and deduction policies.
Foster a supportive and fair work environment for the company's union employees.
Bachelor's Degree Holder with at least 3 years of experience in human resources, payroll, manning/scheduling or clerical operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Skilled in writing simple correspondence.- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
Experience reading and interpreting documents such as corporate policies, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Experience with ADP or Kronos preferred.
Experience completing and evaluating assignments, requiring originality and ingenuity- Knowledge of fundamental HR concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization
Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once work in office resumes
