DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Recruiting of candidates according to manpower requirements
Creation of Job Postings through recruitment sites and social media
Reviewing of the profiles of potential candidates for workforce requirements
Creation of Interview and Assessment schedules for qualified applicants
Administration of pre-employment tests (intelligence, aptitude, personality, essay)
Checking and interpretation of pre-employment examination results
Conducting of pre-employment interviews
Screening of qualified candidates for endorsement to department heads
Performing of candidate background checks
Discussion of pre-employment requirements to successful applicants
Conducting of new hire orientation for all newly hired employees on their first day
Conduct new-hire orientation
Scheduling of Management Trainee Orientation for incoming Management Trainees
Purchasing of psychometric examinations
- Managing and preparation of Performance Appraisals of employees
Preparation of attendance, punctuality, employee engagement, and admin related cases scores for all employees
Submission of scores to all department heads
Follow-up on all department heads for the deadline of submission of employee appraisal
Encoding of Performance Appraisal scores on Performance Appraisal database
Make necessary adjustment/ corrections to appraisal scores if a need arises
Ensuring of timely submission of all Performance Appraisal Forms to HR department
Preparation of Performance Appraisal Forms of newly hired employees on their third and fifth month
Preparation of appointment papers for regularization of probationary employees who will successfully complete their probationary period
Conducting of pre-regularization interview to employees up for regularization
- Management of all recruitment related databases
Ensuring of correctness and integrity of all databases (201, new-hire, performance appraisal, organizational chart, employee headcount)
Ensuring timeliness of updating of all databases (201, new-hire, performance appraisal, organizational chart, employee headcount)
- Workforce Planning
Submission of workforce planning worksheet to all department heads
Summarizing of all requested manpower and trainings for the following year.
Conducting of focused group discussion with the department head and all concerned parties regarding the manpower requirements.
Giving of recommendations regarding additional manpower and training requests.
- Implementing all projects given by the immediate supervisor and department head
Preparing of necessary timetable for completion of required projects.
Gathering of all necessary data and other required resources for project completion.
Ensuring of reliability, validity, and integrity of gathered data.
Performing of research and feasibility study on areas for improvement of recruitment processes.
Presenting of results of study and/or feasibility to department head and all concerned parties.
- Participate in emergency drills, general assemblies and other activities required by the company.
- Perform other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
- Performing of other duties assigned from time to time.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and any other related course.
- Eligibility: None required
- Work Experience: Preferably1 year experience in the related field
- Training/ Certification: Preferably a _Registered Psychometrician is an advantage_.
- Skills: Must have technical expertise, with people skills, computer literate, and excellent communication skills for both English and Filipino (oral and written).
