Bachelor's Degree graduate in any related course- Minimum of five (5) years experience in workforce management
Armed with three (3) years of experience in planning, forecasting, and scheduling in a BPO industry
- Knowledge or experience in workforce management tools is an advantage
Computer literate in using MS Office- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
