Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Workforce Manager to oversee our workforce operations. The Workforce Manager will be responsible for managing staffing levels, optimizing scheduling, and ensuring efficient deployment of resources to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in workforce planning, and the ability to lead a team effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning:
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and resource allocation.
Forecast staffing needs based on historical data, trends, and business projections.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and align workforce planning with business objectives.
Scheduling and Allocation:
  • Create and maintain efficient employee schedules that meet operational needs while balancing employee preferences and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to optimize workforce utilization and meet service level goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively across different teams or departments to ensure smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key workforce metrics such as attendance, utilization, and productivity.
Prepare and present regular reports on workforce performance and operational efficiency to management.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in workforce management processes.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and supervise a team of workforce analysts or schedulers.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - preferred can accept undergrads as long as they have the experience
5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Data Analysis
Tools: (Good to haves)
NICE IEX, Avaya CMS- required
eWFM, Calibreo, DialPad, MS Tools
Strong Proficiency in Excel - Intermediate-High
Business Accument - understand the relationships between the number they are working on in terms of performance and revenue standpoint
SQL, PowerBI - plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month
