We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Analyst to join our team. The Workforce Analyst will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs, scheduling employees based on workload predictions, and analyzing historical data to optimize workforce efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and statistical skills, experience with workforce management software, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of call volumes, email/chat volumes, and other workload indicators based on historical data and upcoming events.
- Create staffing schedules that meet service level goals and ensure proper coverage for all shifts.
Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and adjust staffing as needed to maintain service levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four (4) year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Workforce specifically as capacity planning, forecasting, long-termn planning and client interaction.
