Job Summary:
As a Workforce Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the productivity and efficiency of the workforce within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing workforce data, developing staffing strategies, forecasting workforce needs, and providing actionable insights to improve operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Forecasting and Planning:

Scheduling and Optimization:
Design and implement effective scheduling strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Process Improvement:
Analyze current workforce processes and identify areas for improvement.
