Position: Workday Payroll analyst

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2x per week onsite)

Office Location: Makati, Philippines

Schedule: Flexible with US overlaps

Summary: Supports the payroll processes within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processes in Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
• Monitor payroll integrations with other systems.
• Provide support for payroll audits and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with Workday Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
