Workday Junior Lead Consultant
- Work with Workday team to help clients implement Workday system
Work closely with Integration Lead to design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday clients- Support Data Lead to execute end-to-end data migration from legacy system(s) to Workday
Ability to help clients resolve Workday issues
- Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.
At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go-live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards
