Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with both technology and business teams to identify, develop, implement, and maintain the Workday Security Matrix
Architect Workday HCM security solutions that ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Demonstrate design options using prototyping in a dev environment
Configure and maintain security groups, roles, and permissions across all Workday modules and users
Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
Conduct security reviews periodically and ensure compliance
Serve as subject matter expert and assist peer teams in mitigating security risks and consulting on best practices
Build and maintain a knowledge base of best practices for managing security for Workday platform
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership or similar level role, preferably with a large global organization
Workday Functional Security expert with strong project management skill
Consultative ability to analyze business needs, develop and document business requirements, prototype, develop, and implement solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Workday certification is highly preferred
Experience with and understanding of global security and privacy laws is preferred
Experience in contact center industry is preferred
