Responsibilities:
-Work with Company's Workday team to help clients implement Workday system
-Work closely with Integration Lead to design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions for Workday clients
-Support Data Lead to execute end-to-end data migration from legacy system(s) to Workday
-Ability to help clients resolve Workday issues
-Develop an understanding of other Workday functional areas (e.g. Core HCM, Compensation, Talent)
-Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager/Integration Lead within the budgeted time allocated
-Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements
-Participate in update training and other events that help share one's product skills with other consultants
Qualifications:
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution
-Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.
-At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go-live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards
-With experience in ETL process (SQL or CloverDX)
-Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling
-Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore or managed through delivery centres (near or offshore)
-Preferably with previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
-Has the ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion
