DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Communicate with customers and provide them with necessary information on various products and services
Handle both inbound and outbound call programs- Makes inbound and outbound calls in response to customer inquiries
Capture additional information from the customer, screening the customer for their interest in client's product or service, and/or warm transfer the customer to a provider of a service
- Work on a single program or be asked to handle several programs during a typical work day
Others duties that may be assigned from time to time
Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages. Active listening skills and attention to details.
- Experience in the same role for at least 2 years.
WFH Ready with own equipment and with a stable internet connection of at least 50mbps
