The Job

This position is perfect for an IT maestro who can compose and execute Cloud-based IT projects and operational strategies for our clients. You'll be arranging performances on platforms like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Intune, Okta, KnowBe4, and many others.

The role requires harmonizing closely with our USA-based clients to orchestrate project scopes, write proposal symphonies, and implement grand tech operas.

You'll be one of the masterminds behind planning, implementing, executing, and supporting technical projects for our clients. You'll also be the brains behind designing the procedures and processes that our team uses to execute these projects.

The role requires collaborating closely with our USA-based clients to scope projects, write proposals, and bring those plans to life. You'll also be crafting the roadmaps that guide our team through the tech wilderness.

While we take our work seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. You'll need to employ creative problem-solving and amazing Googling abilities, often while juggling flaming batons. But don't worry, our team ensemble will be there to back you up with a safety net.

The Ideal Virtuoso

* English fluency required with very strong written and verbal communication skills

* At least 10 years of IT support and project implementation experience across diverse environments

* MSP work experience is a plus

* Technical skills most desired (not required): Cloud SaaS/PaaS administration, Google Workspace administration, MS365 administration, MDM administration, project management methodologies, desktop support expertise

What You'll Need in Your Tech Toolkit

* Ability to conduct during our standard business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm Pacific)

* A quiet home office with reliable high-speed internet

* The heroic ability to lead the orchestra while working independently

* Proficiency in writing technical scores and documentation

* A knack for translating tech-speak into human language

Compensation

This role pays 90,000 to 140,000 PHP ($1,500-$2,400 USD) per month depending on experience.
