You'll be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress sites, ensuring functionality, visual consistency, and optimal performance.

Results We Expect:

• Weekly reports on design updates, project progress, and site optimizations
• Monthly design briefs with concepts and milestones for current or upcoming projects
• Bi-weekly reviews of website performance, focusing on user experience improvements and SEO

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead WordPress site design and development, ensuring responsiveness, visual engagement, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and IT teams to deliver web solutions aligned with brand and business objectives
• Implement intuitive layouts and interactive elements for enhanced user experience
• Manage and update WordPress content, working with content creators for seamless multimedia integration
• Optimize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for device compatibility and SEO
• Update plugins, themes, and ensure security compliance regularly
• Integrate latest design and development trends to maintain competitive practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, provide progress updates, and address issues
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, particularly with WordPress and Webflow
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience in responsive web design and UI/UX
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end development technologies
• Experience with SEO, performance optimization, and web analytics tools
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
• Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia creation for web projects
