Job Description:The WM & EWM Senior Telesales Specialist (Logistics Pre-Sales Support Specialist) is primarily responsible in prospecting and verifying solid leads or prospect for the Rapyuta Program. Leads generation and initial analysis of prospects shall be done prior to setting up appointments for the Sales Team based in the US. He shall also help the Sales Team in understanding the requirements and needs of verified prospects. He shall ensure that all appointments made for the Rapyuta Robotics department are firm and validated by decision makers. Performance reviews on his required targets relative to SLAs and KPIs shall be consistently scheduled to test his reliability to deliver his function or role.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist Rapyuta Robotics program in the generation and verification of leads or prospects
Reach out to the decision makers of prospect companies for a scheduled sales presentation and needs assessment of the prospect company from the Rapyuta Robotics Sales team.
Generate appointments as required by the Rapyuta Program
Act as an initial assessing specialist on prospect's needs and requirements prior sales meeting appointments
Work with the operations leader and Rapyuta representative to improve opportunities in the leads generation process.
Work on required daily sales productivity reporting for the operations team..
Shall act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal inquiries from team member regarding Warehouse Management and Digital Transformation and Material Handling
Shall keep himself updated with all the process and polices that provide guidelines for Rapyuta Program's service delivery expectations.
Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLAs, information security protocols and etc. (all customer's contractual obligations)
Result oriented, customer focused and business oriented mind-set and with ability to be calm in challenging situations
Work closely with Operations Leaders to obtain product knowledge and to support new services.
Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course with knowledge on Warehouse Management System or its equivalent
Has at least three (3) years relevant and solid experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics operations preferably in a shared services set up or environment
Has knowledge or experience in Digital Transformation or Material Handling
Experience in Telesales or Customer Support is preferred
Willing to work on a rotating shift and on holidays
Experience in interpretation and use of performance data using Excel, Google Sheet and other data analysis tools.
Leads Generation or Prospecting skills preferred
Advanced understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services
Exposure to different types of sales CRM or project management tools (I.e. Zendesk, Hubspot, Monday.com etc)
Experience creating reports and presentations based on data analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with expertise in international and cross-cultural communications and business relations
