Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Assist customers with their banking needs
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualifications
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
With or Without BPO experience
Excellent Communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Additional Requirements
NBI AND SSS Number available before training
