Responsible for administering the operations of Windows servers administration, Vulnerabilities remediation, IIS configuration, DNS, Server hardening, Citrix, NetScaler, File Server, FTP, SFTP, Security tools and Antivirus.
Maintaining the stability, performance, and security of Servers
- Configuring and troubleshooting IIS, DNS, FTP and File servers
Installing and configuring Server operating systems and applications- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues
- Providing technical support to customers
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies.- Windows administrator is required to take care of day-to-day tasks which includes:
Installs and upgrade OS environments.
- Apply security patches as per compliance cycle.
Troubleshoot and fix system error logs and user-reported errors.- Troubleshoot and work with hardware vendors to replace, install or upgrade required hardware.
Perform security scans, tests, and monitoring.
- Grants and manage system permissions and user accounts.
Create and manage file access as per company policy.- Provide technical support to application teams.
Provide release support to application team as needed.
- Provide work effort estimate for new projects.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience
