JOB PURPOSEResponsible in developing and monitoring of large account clients for the attainment of sales targets.
Execute direction and sales strategies relative to volume shopping to achieve or improve sales targets.
Monitors and analyzes sales performance and transaction reports to determine possible areas of improvement.
Attends and ensures that large account transactions are handled well.
Attends to customer complaints with the direction of promoting goodwill.
Ensures that all large merchandise for pick up are prepared and properly tagged.
Coordinated closely with the Buying department to ensure full stock of fast selling items and to avoid stock out of merchandise.
Makes recommendation on items and promotional events.
Prepares sales report
Conducts periodic canvassing or competitor's price check and submits these to the Store Manager.
Conducts splinter meeting for closing shift stockers and operators.
Observes proper grooming standards and wearing company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officer, punctuality at all times and provides proper training including skills development to subordinates.
Assists Store Managers plan strategies on how to lower inventories due to over stocks.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior of the Duty Manager.
College Graduate
Customer service experience is a plus factor and at least 2 years experience in related industry.
