- Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:
To be responsible for the assigned wholesale customers, establish and maintain effective, professional relations with the wholesale trade to make PMFTC the preferred partner
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the territory assigned and analyze its potential in order to constantly influence and optimize the journey plans and sales activities
Execute product visibility, P/TPOSM placement and cycle activities in covered wholesale outlets in accordance with PMFTC Merchandising Guidelines to ensure effective brand communication in covered wholesalers - Achieve sales objectives of total PMFTC portfolio to the assigned wholesaler according to the agreed plan
Provide quality customer service and education to build and develop effective relationships at wholesale in order to position PMFTC as the preferred business partner
Accurately collect required data on product flow, sales performance and stock level. Update complete business information in customer database, report all in call mission activities and market specified information - Demonstrate responsible approach; ensure fulfillment of field activity in line with the company policies and the laws of the country
Should be a graduate of any 4 year course
With driver's license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission
Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
Field sales exposure is an advantage
Experience in handling wholesale accounts
With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
- Work Location: Davao Sales Office should be amenable to be assigned to do field work areas covered by Davao sales office
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 6:30 AM
