Develop, project and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives through forecasting previous sales data- Be the champion of the company's brands, making sure communication strategy is clear, on strategy and consistent throughout the region
Develop and track wholesaler & retailer goals for visibility, distribution, promotions, pricing, shelf management and quality measures.
- Travel required in the territories for in-person meetings with prospective companies, existing customers, and the sales team to develop key relationships
Establishes and maintains customer relationships to grow profitable sales- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals; introduces and demonstrates new products to assigned accounts
Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies
- Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome of the proposed solution
Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure our sales team has the resources and tools needed to be successful
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence
- Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
Supports Marketing/Outreach, Supply Chain, Production and Operations as needed- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries to foster goodwill, address and resolve any issues related to compliance
