- Assist customers with their automotive needs, providing support for a variety of vehicle-related issues, including maintenance, towing, and emergency services
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process
- Coordinate with service providers and automotive professionals to ensure timely assistance and resolution of issues
- Document all customer interactions and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the services offered by WHEELZY and stay current with industry trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive assistance, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in using computer software for documentation and communication
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license; knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics is a plus
