We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management System (WFS) Engineer specializing in Advanced _Scheduling_, _Absence_ Management, and overall _Scheduling_ processes. This role will be crucial in designing, implementing, and optimizing our workforce management solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced _scheduling_ algorithms and models
Develop and maintain _absence_ management systems and processes- Configure and customize WFS software to meet organizational needs
Integrate _scheduling_ and _absence_ management with other HR and operational systems
- Analyze complex workforce data to drive _scheduling_ optimization
Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations teams to ensure seamless WFS integration- Provide technical support and training on WFS tools and processes
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in workforce management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Experience in WFS engineering or similar role- Strong programming skills, particularly in languages used in WFS systems
In-depth knowledge of advanced _scheduling_ algorithms and _absence_ management processes
- Experience with major WFS platforms (e.g., Kronos, Workforce Software, UKG)
Proficiency in database management and SQL- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification: _PT140_ Advanced _Scheduler_ Configuration Specialist (advantage)
