Job Description

College Graduate or completed at least 1 year in college
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice processAt least 1 year of Scheduling experience using any of the following tools - eWFM, Blue Pumpkin/Impact 360, or IEX.
  • Work Location: MOA, Pasay City
  • Work Schedule: Graveyard
  • Work Setup: ONSITE*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php32,
  • 00 - Php33,000.00 per month
