The intern will support his/her assigned department by performing a range of tasks and projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in office administration.
To inquire about equipment and roughing-in materials from existing suppliers that will be used in projects (through Viber and Skype, call and message),
- To find new suppliers of equipment and roughing-ins. The OJT must log the new suppliers that he/she has found.
To make a report after the completion of the inquiry.
Taking up Office Administration, any business courses, or any equivalent courses. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in using Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, Viber, and Skype.
With good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.- Can report every Monday-Friday
Available for a WFH setup
