Minimum Requirement:
At least high school graduate- Must have 2-5 years of experience as a fabricator welder
Responsible, flexible, hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adjust in the farm production environment.- Good interpersonal skills
Average communication skills, both verbal and written
- With initiative, problem-solving and decision - making skills
Desire and ability to work in a physically strenuous environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Marking cutting lines on material.
* Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.
