Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring a seamless streaming experience
Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries related to account setup, subscription plans, billing, password reset, and troubleshooting technical issues.- Assist customers with account registration, login issues, and profile customization, ensuring that user information is accurate and up-to-date in the streaming platform's database.
Guide customers through the subscription process, including plan selection, payment methods, and renewal options, and offer recommendations based on their viewing preferences and budget.
