Goodly is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Web Development Project Manager to lead the dynamic WEB DEV team.

What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Project Manager with expertise in digital agencies, website design, and development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development and QA processes, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for UI/UX design. Proactivity, meticulousness, trustworthiness, and organization are essential traits.
Experience with tools such as Duda (or similar drag-and-drop builders), Asana, and knowledge in SEO and QA are required. The role involves managing designers, developers and QA teams and collaborating with Customer Experience and SEO teams to deliver high-quality, responsive websites optimized for Local SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the web development queue, ensuring new website projects are taken up, assigned, and delivered within established timelines.
- Manage and lead the web development team, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Assign ad-hoc tasks to web developers and monitor their performance and delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and ensure alignment with projects goals.
- Act as the final QA authority, conducting thorough QA checks reviewing completed websites for functionality, design consistency, and adherence to project specifications. Ensure all links are working, content is accurate, and sites are optimized for all formats before final signoff.
- Apply design thinking principles to improve the user experience and interface design of websites.
- Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet client expectations.
- Liaise with SEO, content, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the web development team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Development Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of web development processes and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms like Duda, WordPress, Ghost).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Good English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
