You will lead, develop, and execute effective Twitter, KOL, and Quest engagement strategies on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with the cofounders, design team, and our in-house KOL manager responsible for sourcing KOLs. You will manage the social media, KOL, and Quest in an end-to-end fashion for 3-5 Company clients. You will ensure accounts are effectively staffed and client deliverables are consistently met. You will stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, and integrate relevant insights into our strategies and processes. You will adapt the clients messaging and strategy to a constantly changing ecosystem. You will take ownership of the client's brand, making the best decisions for the client and their success. You will build a relationship with key client stakeholders and take on ultimate responsibility for the health of the client relationship. You will get hands-on with clients, taking on ad hoc projects to meet expectations. You will collaborate and manage cross-functionally across PR, Content, Marketing, Growth, and Events. You will collaborate with the client team to define key marketing objectives, establish KPIs, and develop strategic marketing plans aligned with long-term business goals. You will create and maintain account management systems to operationalise scheduling, posting, and replying. You will strategize, operate, and execute other social media activities such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, giveaways, and growth campaigns. You will stay on top of technology trends and announcements across the web3 ecosystem. You will remain well-versed in the social strategies of other technologies and product teams.
