The opportunity:

If you love Web3 and are a gun graphic designer, this is your dream job! You'll be responsible for creating content for numerous social media platforms including Twitter, Discord and Farcaster.

You heard me right.

You will actually get paid to create content for brands operating in the crazy world of Web3! You'll also get the chance to join one of the world's first and only Web3 focused marketing agencies (and in our opinion the best;)).

What you'll be doing:

You will work directly with our killer team to create stand out graphics for our clients social media.

Tasks include but aren't limited to:

• Design Creation: Develop and design a variety of digital assets, including social media graphics, banners, infographics, illustrations and other promotional materials tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Farcaster, etc.). Experience with Illustrator is favourable.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all graphics adhere to the client's branding guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and logos, to maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute visual strategies for various marketing campaigns, translating complex concepts from the Web3 space into accessible and engaging visuals.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members, ensuring final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and social media, especially within the Web3 and cryptocurrency sectors, to ensure that content is fresh, relevant, and engaging for the target audience.

Skills needed:

• Must be able to use Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent graphic design program.
• Must have an interest in Web3.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
• Must be creative.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
