Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack
- Optimize application performance through caching, query optimization, and improving load times
- Develop and integrate APIs for various services and ensure data exchange
- Implement and maintain web security measures to protect against common vulnerabilities
- Provide technical support to users and resolve application-related issues
- Manage incidents and outages to minimize impact on users
- Create and update documentation for system configurations, user manuals, and knowledge base articles
- Manage tasks and deadlines effectively; participate in project planning and reviews
- Stay updated with industry trends and suggest process improvements
- Ensure application quality through testing and coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of web development and support experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET) and backend frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques (e.g., caching, query optimization)
- Familiarity with web security practices (e.g., preventing SQL injection, XSS, CSRF)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git); knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team and collaborate across functions
