Duties and Responsibilities_
- Maintains PSMBFI website server; Undertakes design and development/enhancement of the PSMBFI website, as necessary
Develops website performance metrics to track trends or usage- Conducts user testing and use analysis to assess utilization and effectiveness of site; recommends improvements based on analysis
Applies search engine optimization techniques to ensure website visibility
- Modifies software programs to improve web applications performance
Creates electronic data backup to prevent loss of information- Reviews and updates web page content or links in coordination with Corporate Communications Officer in a timely manner
Implements web sites security measures. Monitors systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks, and reports security breaches to appropriate personnel
- Communicates with site visitors and users regarding site updates, anticipated and unanticipated downtime, and resolution of bugs and outages
Participates in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery plan- Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
Performs other related functions as directed by superior

Qualifications_
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
With a minimum of 1 year related experience and relevant training in website maintenance and administration- Fluent in markup and programming languages
Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong composition and prioritizing skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality- Good written and oral communication skills
