- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, scale, expand and improve the company's websites and product demo instances.- Create new website for new products, as ordered by the management.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing SME in redesigning and constantly updating the websites.
- Deliver website testing and maintenance needs such as:
regular content backups,- updating core website software and plugins,
checking forms and ensure that it works properly,
- checking and resolving 404 errors and broken links,
checking and optimizing website load speeds,- reviewing website security and resolving issues,
create solutions for identified problems or bugs
- Convert video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web.
Ensure website uptime and implement contingency plans in case of downtimes or outages.- Ensure website compatibility with varying browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Create and maintain software documentation.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and programming trends.
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Information Design, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- Knowledge in web programming and scripting using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and equivalent.
Knowledgeable in CMS such as WordPress, Wix, GoDaddy, and equivalent.- Must have web/graphical design capabilities using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and equivalent.
Knowledgeable with Search Engine Optimization processes and its significant relation in website building.
