Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience related to the role is strictly required
- Proven experience in technical support and application/web development.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong experience with database management and administration.
Proficient in various programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Node JS, React JS, etc)- Demonstrated experience in vendor and client management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Functions and responsibilities include- Debugs and fixing errors by applying basic programming concepts & patterns- Provide technical support for application and web development projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and websites, utilizing knowledge of various programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.- Engage in vendor and client management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software development.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
