Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

_Web Developer_

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

  • Convert wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.

  • Ensure responsive design for optimal viewing on various devices and screen sizes.

  • Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components, APIs, and databases.

  • Implement content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

  • Optimize web pages for performance, including fast loading times and smooth user interactions.

  • Conduct regular tests and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of web applications.

  • Monitor and improve website security to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.

  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and team members.

  • Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing websites and applications.

  • Address and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by users or identified through monitoring.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

  • Ensure that web applications are user-friendly and accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

    _Marketing Staff_

  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Interacting with customers and responding to inquiries.

  • Organizing and coordinating events

  • Managing and monitoring marketing campaigns, including setting goals, tracking performance, and optimizing efforts.
  • Qualifications, Skills and Experience:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio of completed projects.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.

  • Experience with back-end technologies and databases.

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience in marketing or related roles.

  • Strong creative skills for developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
