Job Title: Web DesignerAs a Web Designer at The Fat Chair, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and meet our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling website designs.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for responsiveness.
- Create and maintain design assets, including icons, banners, and infographics, to enhance website visuals.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of web pages across various browsers and devices.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and design trends to continuously improve our websites aesthetics and functionality.
Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
