Role Overview
Craft beautiful, functional websites for Reap
As our Website / Framer Designer, you'll play a central role in designing, building, and maintaining Reap's online presence. You'll design beautiful, impactful, engaging web experiences that are fast and easy to use. Helping to resonate with our audience, convert
visitors into customers, and inspire action.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure our website not only looks amazing but also functions smoothly. Whether you're developing new pages, improving usability, or creating engaging interactions, your work will be central to how we communicate our brand to the world.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop visually stunning and functional websites using Framer to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to translate business goals and user needs into beautiful web experiences.
- Maintain and update the website to ensure it stays fresh, engaging, and reflective of our brand.
- Create responsive, mobile-first designs that are tested to perform well across all devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure accessibility and best practices for website performance, SEO, and security
- Experiment with interactive elements like animations, transitions, and multimedia to bring a dynamic feel to the website.
- Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate on designs and improve the overall user experience.
- Work on additional brand-related projects where web design and Framer expertise are needed.
- Contribute your ideas to improve not just our website, but also how we work as a team and company.
About you
A passionate, collaborative designer
- You have 2-5 years of experience in web design and development, but more importantly a portfolio that shows your ability to craft modern, responsive websites.
- You've experienced designing and building in Framer. Or similar tools, like Webflow, and are comfortable learning Framer.
- You have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, and you're able to create beautiful, functional websites that serve both users and business goals.
- You have a passion for experimenting with new tools and staying up-to-date with the latest in web design and development trends
- You hold a degree or equivalent experience, that's given you a strong foundation in design. We have self-taught designers on our team, and encourage lifelong learning.
- You understand basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
- You love collaborating with cross-functional teams, and can clearly communicate your ideas to both designers and non-designers.
- You're excited about mentoring junior team members and contributing to a growing design team
