Web Designer (Junior Level)

Responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications. This role involves understanding user needs, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to deliver engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Responsibilities:

• Junior Level (with 1 year of experience)

Assist in designing website layouts, user interfaces, and interactive elements.

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and other design elements.

Assist in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar

Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive user experiences across platforms.

• Optimize designs for responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes

Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity throughout all design elements.

• Technical Skills:

Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript for design implementation.

• Familiarity with usability principles, user research techniques, and best practices in UI/UX design.

• Preferred Skills:

Animation and Interaction Design: Experience in creating animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.

• Front-End Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript libraries like React).

SEO and Accessibility: Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in graphic design.

• Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

• Hybrid (4 days on-site; 1 day work from home)
