Web Designer

What you'll be doing

• Design engaging and effective interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
• To communicate design concepts, develop and produce wireframes, mockups, storyboards, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Provide guidance and explanations on design elements within the wireframes.
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into designs.
• Support the development team in transforming mockups into functional web pages.
• Conduct quality control to ensure the final output matches the design specifications.
• Present draft mockups and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest technological and software trends.
• Create user-centered, aesthetically pleasing, and effective designs.
• Perform digital retouching and image editing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for seamless project execution.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks like PowerPoint preparation, creating interactive user guides, and documentation.
• Research and experiment with new interactive tools and technologies.
• Provide project management support to managers, team leaders, and coordinators.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of proven experience in web design.
• Technical expertise in responsive design (desktop vs. mobile view).
• Creativity and a strong imagination.
• Patience and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Basic project management skills.
• Good to have HTML & JavaScript knowledge.

When you'll be working

• Monday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, work-from-home
• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, in-office
• Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, in-office
