As a
Web Content Specialist you are responsible for bringing forth the best product experience online; beginning with offering the right product information, a fresh and up to date product catalog, and finally giving an easy way to navigate and find the right products.
Responsibilities
The Web Content Specialist is responsible for the online merchandising on decathlon.ph and the Decathlon Shopping App. You will manage the product selection through overseeing the online rate (product visibility), perceived availability online, on-site search experience, category navigation and product recommendations.
- You will act on the commercial policy of decathlon.ph by managing the customer's search and navigation experience; the management of products through the catalog and commercial recommendations.
- You will ensure the right product visibility and perceived availability online.
- You will manage and ensure the correct product information is displayed on the product detail page (PDP) on the web and app.
- You are also responsible for aligning the product display based on the campaign strategy of the country and online commercial leads.
- You will become an Ambassador of the Decathlon products and promote the practice of sports online.
- Get to know more about the processes in e-commerce flow & process- (Traffic, Upper Funnel, Lower Funnel, Conversion, Pick- Pack & Customer Service).
