• Position: Sales Assistant

• Location: Veterans Center, Western Bicutan Taguig

• Type: Full-Time

• Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits package

• What You'll Do:

Assist the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client communications.

• Prepare quotations and marketing samples for salespeople.

Coordinate and manage appointments, travel arrangements, and calendars.

• Maintain and organize office documents, records, and files.

Provide exceptional sales support to ensure success for the sales team and sales growth.

• What You'll Need

: Proven experience in sales management, preferably with exposure to sales support.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in office software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Enthusiasm for collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

College Graduate any business-related course.
