- Oversee and manage projects requiring provision of potable water for housing projects and existing communities.
- Direct pipelaying activities (secondary line) and conduct field work necessary for inspection of work accomplishment
- Do project coordination with other business units for purpose of aligning site activities with Project Completion and Turnover of Housing Units
- Direct metering activities (tertiary line) and conduct field work necessary for inspection of work accomplishment
- Review proposals, plans, or designs related to water systems
- Evaluate quotations from contractors for awarding of job orders
- Evaluate performance of contractors
- Identify material requirements for pipelaying and metering activities
- Evaluate quality of construction materials for pipelaying and metering activities
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for construction of water supply systems
- Prepare documentation for compliance to Water Regulators
- Direct hydrotesting activities to ensure sufficient water supply
- Periodically instigate water quality tests to assess water potability
- Record and update project schedule of all water system activities
- Submit status reports as required by management
- Undergo trainings (internal and external) and attend seminars to learn about related functions necessary for the water systems distribution
- Represent the company where needed in matters related to water supply
