Will be assigned at Amalgamated Project Management Services Inc. (A subsidiary of Asian Appraisal Company Inc.)
- At least 3-5 years of relative work experience for construction management projects of no less than 2 Mid-rise building projects.
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Sanitary or Chemical Engineering. With license in the same field.- Knowledge about the whole construction project management process.
Provide engineering support to construction management teams during construction projects.
- Must have knowledge in Sewage/Wastewater Treatment System.
Experience in inspecting, monitoring, and supervising the building's sewage/wastewater treatment system in compliance with approved plans and specs.- Performs troubleshooting activities such as repairs of minor defects of machines and equipment to ensure smooth operation of the wastewater treatment facilities.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a team player.
Resourceful and resilient. Has initiative and positive attitude towards work and colleagues.- Proficiency in any software that are being used in construction management.
Willing to start on site (stay-in).
- Willing to be deployed in Batasan, Quezon City.
Available to start immediately.
